If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we may contact you via email info@cotebags.com or on our social media pages (facebook and instagram).

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you don't receive this, please send us a message so we can resend this email confirmation.

Damages
Cote is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us sayhi.cote@gmail.com and let us help you file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Expected Time of Arrival

Metro Manila 
Rizal, Cavite, Caloocan, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela:
5 - 7 days after payment confirmation.
Not including weekends and holidays.

Provincial:
1 - 2 Weeks
Not including weekends and holidays.
